God working in my life....

This is my dear friend & spiritual mentor, Kim Belser whom I met at my church, Harvest Bible Chapel. Kim had me over for lunch yesterday for my birthday and also to be together before I left for CO. I was planning to move to CO this week to nanny for a family, but those plans fell through last week :( It has been very hard and discouraging and confusing about what God is doing in my life, but Kim reminded me that "if we don't go through the tests, we won't have the testimony to share!" She also encouraged me to step out in faith... God has been working in my heart through all of this. Although this is a hard place to be, I know I am right where God wants me to be.... I am at a point where He can speak into my life and work out His plan for me. I am totally leaning on God and looking to Him for his direction in my life. It is through these difficult times that help me to grow in my faith and learn to know Him more and trust Him with my life. A friend reminded me the other day that even though I was in shock that all this happened and at a loss of what to do, that this is no surprise to God and that He knew all of this was gong to happen. God is sovereign and He "knows the plans he has for me." Jeremiah 29:11-13 I do have several opportunities in CO and do feel God has put this desire in my heart. After much prayer this past week, I have decided to step out in faith and move to CO. I know God will go before me and He will "work out all things together for good." Romans 8:28 I plan to leave next week and move in with my dear & best friends, Collin & Tara Endress until I find what God has for me. They live in Broomfield, CO. I do have some interviews set up for when I get out there. Lord-willing, I plan to leave Wed or Thurs of next week! I humbly ask for your prayers as I step out in faith and start this new adventure in my life! I'm excited (and a little nervous) to see what God is going to do in my life!!
