San Diego, CA

A few weeks ago I went with Jill to an Intergrative Medical Conference in San Diego! It was an excellent conference, where I learned many things and also was inspired to become more healthy!! You can bet I also found time to lay out in the sun! Just so you know before you start to lecture me.... the sun is an excellent source of Vitamin D!!! It was so nice to enjoy sunshine and warmth ~ I definately think I should be living at a place like this!! It was a nice little get-a-way!! Thanks, Jill!!
